Today's tip: Foster Your Relationships
Even while we participate in social distancing, we can still nurture our important relationships. Strong interpersonal relationships help us feel connected, accepted, and supported. Today we can call a friend or family member to check-in and see how they are doing. We can also send a thank you note (via e-mail or online messaging) to show our appreciation for important people in our lives. These actions can help us ward off loneliness, and they make others smile!
