We're excited for the first day of Spring and looking forward to everything this season brings! During this difficult and scary time, it can be helpful to have things to look forward to. With Spring comes increased daylight (yay vitamin D!), warmer weather, a greater ability to spend time outside, and less dry skin. Given all of our current hand-washing, we could all use a little extra moisture in our skin. In the Spring, we can take advantage of the sunny days and get our bodies moving outside.
